Week 1: Awaken

- Make friends with your inner warrior, dissolve fear and release limiting beliefs that form unconscious blocks and snap you back to the body.
- Build presence and sustain focus with tools from military training and contemplative traditions, so your mind stops drifting and holds attention.
- Ignite motivation, shift stagnant energy, and recalibrate your nervous system to a new way of being.
Week 1: Awaken

- Recognise and gain control of shifting states. Learn sensory signals and navigate non-physical realities with clarity and intent.
- Discover biohacking for OBEs, shape your physiology for extraordinary experiences. Plough new neural pathways and build repetition. Turn unfamiliar territory into a known landscape.
